Job Description - Data Entry Clerk/ General Clerk

Duties:

  • Maintain and update the sales database, filing system 
  • Prepare quotations, orders, sales enquiries and related activities
  • Perform inter-department communication and cooperation
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of working experience
  • More experience will be considered as a Senior post
  • Less experienced/ Recent graduates are also welcome
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
  • A stable working record will be a plus
  • Immediate availability is preferred
