Insights & Analytics
Create/Generate models business scenarios, forecasting, and track performance metrics from different data sets and Customer Experience Insights to enable the organization to make strategic company decisions
Build business potential scenarios utilizing internal and external (ie. IQVIA/IMS, market insights and literature) data.
Uses predictive and statistical modeling techniques to solve challenges, uncover opportunities, and develop solutions for internal stakeholders
Sets objectives and drives transformation initiatives to ensure a sustainable business
Co-creates pricing strategies and partners with pricing teams to create sustainable business cases.
Drive opportunities and set analysis for maximizing commercial excellence efforts
Identifies and evaluates opportunities and develops insightful recommendations on strategic direction.
Acts as an industry advocate and analyst to surface key industry trends.
Manages data sets (e.g. IMS)
Advises on market research sampling and methodologies

This position profile serves only to give a broad outline of the duties required and will be renewed and amended at periodic intervals in consultation with the incumbent.
Capabilities
Advanced knowledge of analytics methodologies (especially related to generating business insights)
Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and sharp way
Great relationship builder to cocreate scenarios including different perspectives
Proactive mindset and willingness to ask difficult questions
Good understanding of data visualization techniques (dashboards, etc)
Detail-oriented and able to manage complex database
Previous experience with digital data analytics is considered a plus (cross data from customer experience and business)
No previous experience in a pharmaceutical company is required
