Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the data research and development of data intelligent marketing products, participate in the design and implementation of data computing links in advertising business scenarios, including customer data access, statistics and analysis of customer effect data 2. Responsible for the design of the data source architecture that ByteDance's global data mining relies on, and provide a robust data middle layer for downstream algorithms 3. Comprehensively understand ByteDance data, support insights into related data business applications, and output incremental user portraits or features to the business through analysis, mining and other technical means.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with advertising business including attribution, advertising effect statistics and other data research and development technologies proficient in designing data warehouse stratification, efficiently supporting downstream algorithms and data mining capable of delivering data analysis and insight results to customers 2. Strong hands-on ability, familiar with SQL, Python, and proficient in processing massive data 3. Good logical thinking ability, excellent data sensitivity, excellent ability to locate data problems and analyze data 4. Good teamwork spirit and strong communication skills.
