Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the promotion and operation of the global cross-terminal shooting new game, insight into and analyze the industry, products and user trends, and formulate new product node promotion and operation strategies
2. Based on the promotion and operation strategy formulated for the product, be responsible for following up and controlling the detailed case planning and execution of different marketing modules such as creative materials, media manuscripts, topic dissemination, promotion activities, etc., control the quality of content production, and be responsible for the output, dissemination effect and word of mouth of content/activities
3. Internally coordinate various cooperation teams, effectively integrate high-quality cooperation resources externally, and maximize the benefits of publicity and promotion
4. Promote team collaboration and project implementation, control project risks, and continuously summarize and accumulate.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in publicity and promotion or game content
2. Have excellent creative content ability, excellent aesthetic expression ability, be able to keenly perceive the demands of players at different levels, create explosive high-quality content, and coordinate implementation
3. Have good logical thinking ability and learning ability, communication and collaboration ability and driving force, and have a sense of ownership of the business
4. Strong stress resistance, able to undertake multi-threaded work, proactive and flexible
5. Love shooting games and have rich gaming experience.
