Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement online sales strategy, promotion and marketing programs;
• Handling day-to-day management for live sales and orders;
• Arrange for order dispatch with logistic team and inventory management;
• Facilitate and drive ecommerce system integration;
• Handle and follow up customer inquiries/complaints/returns;
• Plan and execute social media campaigns on daily basis (Facebook, WeChat, Instagram,Weibo etc.); and
• Establish and implement sales and marketing activities, i.e. open day, events and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Business Information System, Marketing, Business, computer Science, e-Commerce in relating or related discipline is preferred;
• Dynamic in coordinating with internal and external parties Innovative, independent and a good team player. Proactive and with strong interpersonal and communication skills aggressive and sales driven; and
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Familiar with Photoshop will be an advantage.
