We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our spirited team. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute a marketing calendar that resonates across diverse markets including the USA, Canada, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.
• Optimize and innovate our Email and SMS marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate on conversion rate optimization projects, working alongside our trusted agencies to refine and elevate the customer journey.
• Craft compelling content for our social media platforms and advertising campaigns that tells the story of our brand and captivates our audience.
• Spearhead promotions for new product launches and seasonal campaigns, bringing creativity and strategic insight to every initiative.
• Liaise with multiple external agencies and internal teams, ensuring a cohesive and powerful marketing effort.

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, with an ability to captivate through words.
• A strong analytical mind, with a knack for numbers and a passion for data-driven marketing.
• Self-motivated and independent work style, coupled with the drive to succeed and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant work experience, but passionate newcomers are welcome to apply.
• A fervent interest in fashion accessories and the e-commerce landscape, with a finger on the pulse of the latest trends.
