Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the planning of large-scale offline events of the Douyin Marketing Department, and formulate event strategies according to the business, including but not limited to large-scale evening parties, industry summits/exhibitions/press conferences and other activities 2. Coordinate large-scale offline events, including but not limited to content planning, creative output and operation execution, with strong promotion ability, promote the project from 0-1 and be responsible for the final event effect 3. Responsible for docking with business BP, fully communicate, understand business pain points, dock with external suppliers, and transform internal needs into executable solutions 4. Based on rich experience and relevant industry resources, have keen insight into the market, and have strong information collection, research interpretation and strategy analysis capabilities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing activities 2. Understand Internet products and industry trends, and those with work experience in the marketing and brand departments of Internet companies are preferred 3. Have strong marketing activity planning and large-scale event coordination capabilities, understand the performance and conference content planning and cooperation process and related production expertise, can be independently responsible for marketing activity planning and execution, and have emergency problem handling capabilities 4. Good at communication, have good cross-departmental collaboration capabilities and high execution capabilities, take the initiative to communicate internally and externally, have active thinking and strong comprehension capabilities 5. Have a strong team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and can quickly integrate into the work.
