Job Description - Esports Brand Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for The King The brand management of the e-sports business of Honor Overseas Version HOK can carry out industry analysis, brand positioning, market strategy formulation, brand visual standardization, large-scale integrated marketing, user growth, etc. for each event under the official system
2. Responsible The construction of the e-sports brand promotion system of Honor of Kings Overseas Edition HOK includes but is not limited to specific event brand goals and strategy output, brand event planning, collaborative promotion of cooperation departments, project management, etc., so that the brand strategy can be implemented in each event Implement and improve the overall data and industry influence of the event
3. Responsible for the e-sports creative planning of Honor of Kings Overseas Edition HOK, output creative ideas that meet business needs, are innovative, and can withstand data testing, and link The relevant module team promotes the implementation
4. Responsible for the e-sports user research and growth strategy formulation of Honor of Kings Overseas Edition HOK, and guides brand management and related module work

Qualifications

1. At least 3 years of work experience related to brand management, marketing or advertising planning, and complete experience in participating in the operation of game/esports/sports product brand management
2. Familiar with brand and market promotion operations, have excellent brand strategy and project management capabilities, and be able to effectively integrate resources to complete promotion planning and implementation
3. Have strong data awareness and certain data analysis experience, and be able to Use data to guide the formulation of brand strategies
4. Have a strong interest in the e-sports and sports industries, have a unique understanding of e-sports events, and have in-depth insights into the user group needs and community ecology of the events, and be able to understand users Insight into player psychology and make accurate judgments
5. Fluent in English and can be used in daily work.
