Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct commercial integration of Tencent e-sports events and content, and be responsible for customer development and maintenance
2. In-depth research on the game and e-sports industry, complete commercial product planning of events and content, and promote business cooperation and Product updates and implementations enrich cooperation content and models
3. Responsible for the maintenance, management and negotiation of external cooperation, and promote the implementation of cooperation projects
4. Responsible for gaining insight into external markets and internal businesses, and exploring business opportunities .

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of commercial project experience, product operation experience in the advertising industry, successful content project commercialization cases and brand resources are preferred
2. Be familiar with content commercialization work, have excellent operational capabilities, and have in-depth insights into products and market conditions
3. Have strong business analysis and project management capabilities, and efficiently promote brands, partners and product sides. Key matters
4. Understand games and e-sports, have strong logical thinking ability, have the ability to think deeply and solve complex matters, be curious, pragmatic, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
