• Factories : China & SE Asian countries
  
• Hong Kong : sales & marketing office for overseas business
  
• Guangzhou : manufacturing plant total 200 staff for China business
  
• Main market : China, US, EU, Asia, Japan & Taiwan...etc
• We are looking for Factory Operation Manager (station Guangzhou office) - with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Report to the MD
• Manage Guangzhou manufacturing plant & China business office total 200 staff members
• To deputize for the management in the overall development, performance, and maintenance of the Company's activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability for the Company
• Maintain and create short-term & long-term business strategies to enhance company revenue;
• Ensure high-quality business activities with maximum quality, service, and profitability
• Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction;
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors;
• Bachelor degree in Manufacturing, Business or Management or related discipline;
• Proven experience in industrial operations with at least 8 years’ experience;
• Experience in managing China & overseas companies;
• Excellent strategic thinking and people management skills to handle key business relationships;
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.);
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese;
• Work based in Guangzhou office
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Accomodation provided
