According to local Market user needs, target groups, traffic conversion status, design marketing methods for merchants, experts, and product activities, and through project management, coordinate with multiple parties to implement activities, achieve market growth and the explosion of merchant experts, and create benchmark cases. At the same time, Conduct risk prediction, emergency response, target and data optimization, etc. for activities 3. Promote the productization of the B-side of major promotion activities, including event project management, data productization, etc. Collaborate with C-end products to iterate marketing tools, and from a localized marketing perspective, improve the efficiency of marketing tools such as full discounts, the efficiency of traffic resource usage, and the positive perception of C-end users 4. From the user perspective, cooperate with other departments to combine activity performance and operations situation, promote and optimize the user experience of large promotion activities, improve users' shopping trust perception, and pay attention to retention and repurchase.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of working experience in e-commerce platform integrated marketing, big promotions or large-scale event operations, experience or familiarity with brand overseas Priority will be given to European and American markets 2. Familiar with e-commerce short video or live broadcast gameplay, and have the ability to creatively plan events, data analysis, and user product promotion 3. Have strong communication, execution coordination, and project management capabilities. Strong ability to withstand pressure, self-motivated to learn, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment 4.
