Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the product operation of the UG creative platform, have an in-depth understanding of the advertising ecology and material strategy, and collaborate with the product team to complete the testing and online promotion of related AIGC functions 2. Establish and optimize the communication mechanism and cooperation process of all creative parties, promote the collaborative team to optimize and solve the platform pain points 3. Work closely with relevant teams such as creative production and research/creative strategy/delivery to continuously improve the cooperative business line 4. Establish a long-term monitoring mechanism, track and conduct in-depth analysis of abnormal situations through special data statistical analysis, and promote solutions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of relevant work experience is preferred, AIGC project experience is preferred 2. Understand advertising and material production, have thoughts and accumulation on AIGC production strategy, and promote innovation 3. Strong strategic thinking, combined with data analysis and applicable means/tools, optimize product mechanisms and processes, and tap new growth points 4. Strong sense of ownership, good cross-departmental project management capabilities, establish a collaborative mechanism and continuously optimize processes to ensure that project delivery meets expectations.
