Haptic Business/Product Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Guide and lead the tactile feedback technology R&D team, formulate and implement R&D plans, and ensure the rapid advancement of products from R&D to mass production.
2. Handle communication with customers, deeply understand and integrate customer needs, and provide them with high-quality tactile feedback solutions.
3. Establish and maintain an industry relationship network to obtain the latest technology trends and market needs to support the company's R&D strategy and business growth.
4. Responsible for the formulation and management of R&D processes, effectively allocate resources, and ensure efficient advancement and smooth implementation of projects.

Qualifications

1.Possess a master's or doctoral degree in electronics, electronic information engineering, mathematics, physics theory, electromechanics, automation, mechanics and other related fields, and have at least 8 years of relevant industry experience.
2.Have excellent leadership skills, be able to effectively manage the team, and promote the progress of technology research and development and innovation.
3.Be proficient in tactile feedback technology and related fields, have a deep understanding of market needs and trends, and be able to develop high-quality tactile feedback product solutions.
4.Have excellent communication and coordination skills, be able to establish good cooperative relationships with customers, suppliers and team members, and promote the integration of technology and business.
5.Have business insight and financial knowledge, be able to effectively manage directional resources and achieve business goals.
6.Have fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, be able to communicate across cultures, and understand the development trends of the international market.
