Your key responsibilities:

• To originate strong advisory relationships leading to Capital Markets and M&A mandates with a focus in a particular sector/country coverage
• Due diligence of clients and markets
• Deal documentation and internal approvals
• Leading client marketing efforts, including preparation of client advisory presentations and pitches
• To cross-sell across various corporate and investment banking products
• Driving execution related matters for mandated transactions in an efficient manner
• Attending client meetings independently

Your skills and experience:

• Relevant Corporate Finance experience
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience for VP and above roles
• Candidate needs to be fluent in English and Mandarin
• Highly motivated and self-driven with a proven ability to multi task across clients, projects and geographies
• Strong and proven track record of deal origination
• Excellent client relationships at CFO/CEO/Board level
• Strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage demanding clients
