Inside Sales Representative

Role Responsibility

• Handle inbound prospective customer enquiries (through phone, emails or Web-shop) by providing best product solutions proposal, quotation and information for New Customer recruitment
• Optimize business opportunities with existing or prospective customers by making outbound calls through providing more and better offerings and solutions
• Maintain and foster strong rapport with existing customers and review customer performance and service levels on a daily basis
• Gather market and customer information for continuous improvement

 The Ideal Candidate

• DSE graduated or above 
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience 
• Sales driven and customer service oriented
• Positive, proactive and good communication skill 
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft applications in Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
• Fair in both spoken and written English and proficient in Cantonese
