Job Description - Integrated Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

1. Based on the analysis of industry/market/user demand insights, combined with the characteristics of international e-commerce business, formulate and design short-, medium- and long-term activity plans, including node, hot spot, promotion and other activities, design integrated marketing activity plans and gameplay for international credit payment business (BNPL), and be responsible for the improvement of core indicators such as GMV and user volume of BNPL 2. Combined with the characteristics of segmented scenarios, Build an operation system that serves BNPL's life cycle groups such as attracting new customers and promoting activation, promote the establishment of traffic touchpoints, marketing tools, and marketing rights libraries, and improve business conversion efficiency 3. Gain insights into users, monitor and attribute the progress and effectiveness of existing traffic touchpoints and daily operational activity data, expand internal and external cooperation scenarios, obtain more cooperative traffic, and cooperate with marketing products to implement new growth methods.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of work experience, experience in user growth operation and integrated marketing activities in credit payment or e-commerce industry is preferred 2. Clear logic, keen business awareness, strong self-drive, goal-oriented, teamwork awareness, and the ability to actively promote the implementation of business cooperation 3. Able to independently operate projects, with strong program design ability and data sensitivity, and good resource integration ability 4. Have good communication and negotiation skills, cross-departmental co-construction ability, passionate, creative and responsible, and have their own thinking and precipitation on marketing gameplay 5. Have certain data analysis ability, and be able to discover and solve problems through the induction and analysis of various operational data 6. Can use English to handle some daily work communication, and fluently use it in the docking and communication with partners.
