Responsibilities
1. Familiar with Internet brand advertising knowledge and commercial advertising logic, provide comprehensive commercial product solutions based on business scenarios and industry pain points, such as creative direction, budget allocation strategies, market insights, etc., and regularly output industry methodologies 2. Be able to prepare for international expansion. Advertising agency training & empowerment, with the ability to propose, understand event marketing ideas, follow up on agency proposals, and improve agency brand marketing capabilities 3. Integrate creative gameplay on the platform, collect insights from marketing content, and precipitate content trends and other strategies, Understand the overseas marketing ecology and provide strategic solutions with perfect product, efficiency and sales 4. Promote the implementation of the plan, supervise the implementation effect, output data analysis reports and draw core conclusions, thereby effectively increasing the business growth of key customers and producing benchmark cases.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Internet commercial advertising operations, platform brand product operations/integrated marketing operations/ 4A advertising company planning/experience is preferred 2. Deep understanding of digital marketing, extremely sensitive to data good English 3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, cross-team cooperation between different departments 4. Proactive in work, strong learning ability , have a certain ability to withstand stress, pay attention to details, and have critical thinking.
