Responsibilities
1. Responsible for leading the design of product roadmaps for content promotion tools (flash sales/vouchers/other discounts), and responsible for the product work of the marketing platform 2. Mining the marketing gameplay of user marketing scenarios, and building content marketing/program fulfillment/effect evaluation, etc. Product capabilities, improve the construction of a commercial ecosystem for merchants and experts 3. Pay attention to industry trends, have in-depth research on graphics/live broadcasts/short videos and other gameplay, and be able to continuously innovate in marketing gameplay and business models 4. Through extensive Data analysis, from measuring impact and testing hypotheses, to conceptualizing and executing features based on data insights, drives product performance excellence 5. Lead cross-functional projects with efficient scope, timeline and stakeholder management, focusing on rapid iteration and maximum Influence.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of product management experience, practical experience in user experience design and system design, preferably Have experience in content marketing 2. Strong stakeholder and project management skills, able to prioritize and make decisions after considering short/long-term business goals 3. Care deeply about user experience, keen on problem solving, independent and self-motivated , have a strong sense of ownership 4. Be willing to take on new exploratory projects, have strong expressive skills, and can use English as a working language.
