Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the talent marketing work on social media platforms in Africa and Central Asia, and promote App through innovative content marketing plans 2. Responsible for the output of the overall content strategy for talent marketing, co-create content with talents and institutions, and improve the popularity of talent content 3. Familiar with the creative gameplay of platform content, understand the traffic operation mechanism of different platforms, and understand the overseas talent/MCN ecology 4. Promote the implementation of the plan, supervise the implementation effect, output data analysis report, and produce marketing cases.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in Internet marketing operations, experience in platform brand product operation/integrated marketing operation/4A advertising company planning/experience is preferred 2. Deep understanding of talent marketing, deep understanding of American talent groups, and successful marketing cases 3. English can be used as a working language, with excellent interpersonal communication skills 4. Active in work, strong learning ability, and good stress resistance.
