Job Description - Key Account Sales Manager-Yuwan

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operation of large accounts in the scenic amusement industry, integrating platform and merchant resources, serving consumers with content, and achieving industry GMV growth 2. Customizing Dake integrated business plan: gaining insight into the customized needs of Dake merchants on Douyin, and combining Closed-loop, open-link product capabilities output large customer integrated business plans to promote customized demand solutions 3. Lead the team to conduct in-depth insights, clarify industry characteristics, output Douyin business strategies and resource support strategies to business teams and merchants, and be responsible for core business strategies and the planning, promotion and implementation of key projects 4. Run through the Douyin business model of advantageous merchants/commodities: gain insight into merchant business needs and user consumption scenarios, and combine Douyin content recommendation models to formulate product selection and content operations in different scenarios strategy, clarify business indicators, and run through Douyin's business model 5. Based on external information and internal data, initiate innovative business methods for the scenic area entertainment industry, and be able to verify them in practice 6. Form a high-quality SKA team and strengthen the team echelon Responsible for construction, talent training, and personnel management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in Internet big customer team management 2. Those with transaction attribute experience or platform type Candidates with corporate experience are preferred, have deep experience in the tourism industry and have accumulated a certain number of customers, and have accumulated a complete industry methodology 3. Have strong project management capabilities, strong awareness of external collaboration, and can make judgments on complex matters 4.
