Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct test and inspection on finished product/ raw material
• Under instruction and supervision, carries out Quality checking on the products assigned
• Maintain product quality as stipulated in the ISO documents
• Conducts analysis on samples arranged by superior 
• Implement hygiene monitoring, e.g. GMP, GLP in laboratory, production area and warehouse
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Testing/ Chemistry/ Biology/ Biochemistry or related disciplines
• OR Form 5 or above, in science disciplines with min. 2 years' solid experience in laboratory
• Able to work independent, multi-tasking for daily testing
• Proficient in computer operations (MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing)
• Fresh graduates will be also considered
