Management Executive

 Job Responsibilities:

• To support Management / Department Heads on daily tasks
• To liaise and work with different internal departments in HK Head office & China / Oversea Plants
• To arrange research, gather market intelligence for analysis and prepare reports 
• To organize activities / handle ad-hoc tasks as required

 

 

Job Requirements

• University Graduates in any disciplines 
• Min. 2 years working experience preferred
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player and willing to connect and collaborate
• Self-motivated with sense of responsibility
• Open-minded, proactive to take up new challenges
• Strong desire to learn with problem solving and analytical skills
