Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and research support to the Marketing Team on marketing-related projects to cope with business expansion;
- Organise and manage logistics of inter-team seminars and other activities;
- Manage business travels with appointed travel agency, from option screening, making booking with agency to handling other ad-hoc changes as required;
- Assist the Marketing Team in various marketing research & analysis to gain marketing/consumer insights and support publication of relevant reports; and
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in marketing or related disciplines;
- International exposure and comfortable in verbal communication in English;
- Willing to take up both administrative and marketing related duties;
- Familiar with Chinese social media; and
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
