Job Responsibilities

1. Content Planning and Creativity: Responsible for conceiving and designing various forms of content, including text, pictures, videos, audio, etc., to meet user needs and brand communication goals, and create attractive and influential content.
2. Content Production and Execution: According to the planning plan, responsible for the production and execution of specific content, including writing copy, designing, shooting videos, recording audio, etc.
3. Content review and optimization: Carefully review the completed content to ensure that the content complies with the brand image, quality standards and relevant laws and regulations. At the same time, based on feedback and data analysis, continuously optimize the quality and effect of the content to improve user satisfaction and communication effect.
4. Teamwork and communication: Work closely with other team members to complete content production tasks, cooperate with the team to complete performance or documentary filming, live broadcasting, and rebroadcasting, provide technical support for major projects, assist in bidding, and promote project implementation.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1 Have mature video works and relevant work experience
2 Required majors: Journalism, editing and directing, and other related majors
3 Proficient in video production software, including but not limited to: Finalcut, PR, AE, PS, etc.
4 Master basic shooting skills, have a strong grasp of the overall picture and lens, and have a strong aesthetic ability
5 Need to have creative thinking and be able to come up with novel, interesting, and attractive content ideas.
