Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the marketing and promotion of the game throughout its life cycle, responsible for the overall market plan and promotion work of the product from incubation to launch, as well as the long-term operation stage
2. Responsible for the planning of modules including creative materials, event marketing, live broadcast of events, cross-border cooperation, offline activities, etc., leading the output of high-quality and creative content and the implementation of cooperation, and responsible for the project results
3. With the orientation of new additions, actively explore and expand the possibility of content and channel cooperation, have the ability to propose innovative and effective market operation models and suggestions, and continuously optimize and improve the promotion effect
4. Follow up and control the plans and execution of different modules such as product creativity and content materials, advertising, public relations and communication, and promote the realization of market goals and product goals
5. Be sensitive to users and public opinion, and be able to discover and solve problems in a timely manner.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in the game industry market, those with experience in complete game launch and marketing planning are preferred
2.Love games, have a keen sense of the market, excellent marketing planning ability, familiar with various modules such as market, live broadcast, media, public relations, channels, etc.
3.Strong promotion and execution ability, project management ability, data analysis ability, strong pressure resistance, good at cross-team cooperation, full of subjective initiative, work passion and sense of responsibility, active thinking, big imagination, outstanding creativity are preferred
4.Have a wide range of game experience, familiar with mainstream cutting-edge game categories and products, have unique insights and research enthusiasm for survival competition/ARPG, or female-oriented products (choose one of the two).
