Marketing Executive / Project Secretary

 

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• To provide client account servicing and follow up work. 
• Responsible for marketing related paper works including preparing quotation, marketing materials and filing system. 
• Working closely and proactively with different departments according to client’s requests and make the project run effectively.
• To coordinate with different suppliers and project department in order to make the project to be completed on time. 
• To handle and follow up projects independently. 
• Direct reporting to management and provide secretarial assistance.

 

Requirements

• Good communication skills with minimum 3-years relevant experience.
• F.7 or above in Marketing or Project Management related discipline
• Relevant experience / knowledge in interior design / construction are preferred
• Well-organized/ Detail-oriented/ Multi-tasking skill
• Highly responsible/ Independent/ Mature
• Strong presentation skill and develop new customer base independently
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
