Marketing Manager |Hong Kong

Responsibilities

In this role, the candidate will assist NV5 international build a top-nudge engineering brand by working with different internal and external parties/ stakeholders to:

• Create and upkeep marketing and branding materials that convey key information clearly and concisely according to business needs
• Lead the marketing team to implement branding standards across Asia locations
• Support commercial bidding by understanding key technical and customer requirements and providing / producing fitted marketing documents including company profile, team CVs, project case studies.
• Create and manage contents in social media to build and promote the NV5 brands in Asia
• Oversee process and quality of marketing materials by marketing executives/proposal coordinators
• Work with business leaders in Asia on merchandise/documents design and production
• Seek feedback internal and industrial best practices to improve marketing materials quality
• Demonstrate skills in communication, time management with cross-region, cross-discipline stakeholders in a cooperative team environment. 
• Direct report to Regional Marketing Manager.

Base Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years of experience marketing and communications, PR or copy writing
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent writing and verbal communication in English, and ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner to different audiences 
• Advanced skills in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel 
• An aptitude for understanding and communicating complex technical concepts.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working for international engineering or technology companies
• 2 or more years of experience in marketing firms or engineering firms
• Experienced in graphic design tools for graphic creation, e.g., Adobe InDesign or Illustrator
