Marketing Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify marketing opportunities
• Formulate and implement ATL & BTL marketing strategies and campaigns including branding, in-store & online promotions, PR and events to achieve business goals
• Manage the content of website and social media platforms, and optimize SEM/SEO
• Develop and prepare all marketing collaterals such as POSM, DMs, leaflets, videos etc
• Explore joint promotions and coordinate with external parties including media, PR and advertising agencies
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for review and enhancement
• Perform ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in marketing or related fields, preferably in beauty industry
• Self-motivated, creative, independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good data analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong media and internet marketing experience is a plus
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
