Reports to: General Manager- CSR (General Manager, Nina Park and Hong Kong Movie Art Center)

Job Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the sales and marketing planning for Nina Park and to develop revenue packages, products, rate, new business initiatives, etc. He/ She shall also be responsible to manage event services, online revenue platforms, public engagement activities, CRM related businesses, and work with concept store operator on the product and business planning.

Job Responsibilities

• To develop and manage Nina Park revenue packages, products, rates, online revenue platforms, new business initiatives, etc.
• To develop and implement the sales and marketing plans for Nina Park
• To collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams on events and public engagement activities
• To partner with operator of Nina Park concept store on product and business planning

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines

Experience and skills:

• 8 years or above relevant experience in marketing, sales or business development
• Strong market sense and proactive attitude
• Team player, self-motivated, independent and attention to details
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Customer focus with good communication and presentation skills
