Miramar Group is a member of Henderson Land Group, with a diversified business portfolio covering hotels and serviced apartments, property investment, food and beverage and travel services in Hong Kong and major cities in China.

Due to substantial expansion plans, we are now looking for a Marketing Officer – Digital Marketing to join our Group.

The Job

• Work closely with Marketing function teams, IT department and media agencies to manage eShop and execute digital marketing campaign for online business
• Maintain and update the content, pricing, order process, delivery, inventory control, bill checking and after-sales service of the E-Commerce platform
• Prepare creative and write-up for content marketing online promotion digital campaign, eDM, etc
• Manage all information and product description in eShop and any digital promotional channels
• Evaluate E-Commerce performance and prepare regular reports to provide actionable insights continual improvements and optimizations
• Assist the setup of marketing automation program and other E-Commerce activities to drive business growth and customer engagement level

The Requirement

• Higher Diploma holder or above in E-Commerce Marketing Communications or related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant experiences in operating E-Commerce platforms in retail industry
• Familiar with the operational flow of E-Commerce platform
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, social media management and market data analytic will be an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
