Media Planner | In house, Consumer Goods

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of media plans that optimize budget allocation and maximize campaign impact.
• Share media expertise and insights with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal functional team to develop and execute media activations that enhance brand awareness and drive desired outcomes.
• Optimize content across social media platforms to maximize reach and impact.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to the media agency to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.

To qualify:

• 6+ years of marketing & media planning experience with consumer goods or FMCG clients is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing or Business or related
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the nuances of the Hong Kong market and how to tailor media strategies accordingly.
• Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate ideas, provide feedback, and build strong relationships.
• Adaptable and quick-thinking, able to respond effectively to changing circumstances and unexpected challenges.
