Mgr Test Engineering

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage PE , TE team on timely qualification and release of new products introduction or product transfer and smooth high volume manufacturing ramp by driving product yield and quality improvement, test time reduction and manufacturing productivity improvement.
2. Establish effective working model and collaborations efforts with Business Unit (BU) product development/ test engineering team to ensure alignment on strategy and deployment.
3. Support Operations wide initiatives in meeting business objective including compliance to quality, manage product and test Engineering department budget to meet annual operating plan, and Total Continuous Improvement & Innovation (TCPII) improvement efforts.
4. Engineering resources development and management including appraisal process, talent recruitment and retention strategy and efforts.
5. Understand and abide by the contents of IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and also put forward amendment scheme in own responsible department, supervise the executing condition of the underling.
6. To implement other tasks assigned by VP and support other necessary projects in own departments.
7. Work within the position authority and be familiar with the WI of department.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree or above, Engineering related education background
2. At Least 15 years working experience in electronic & engineering technology, 7 years of which in managerial position.
3. English, fluent in listening / speaking / reading / writing, CET 6 or above is preferred
4. MS office, SAP, MCS, performance system
