Responsibilities

  • Handle CEO's personal and household matters and secretarial support (including travel arrangement, visa application, calendar and meeting schedule etc)
  • Communication / co-ordination with various parties, such as internal staff and external business partners, domestic helper & drivers.
  • Responsible for arranging the schedule of family members & children
  • Responsible for managing the household’s calendar, travel plans and event arrangement.
  • Sort and review incoming mails/ emails/ correspondences and route them to relevant departments
  • Handle flight tickets, hotel accommodation and visa arrangements
  • Other ad-hoc job tasks

Requirements

  • Non Degree holder with 3 years of secretarial or personal assistant experience in supporting top management
  • Strong business mind-set, excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Mature, independent, detail oriented, presentable and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced China business environment
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
