Looking for an exciting new challenge? PLUG is a dynamic, award-winning independent Marketing and Communications Agency based in Hong Kong. We are looking for graduates to join our growing team. This role includes:

• Providing administrative support to the PR and Marketing Teams across lifestyle, corporate and technology accounts;
• Media monitoring and coverage tracking;
• Compilation of coverage reports - daily, weekly and monthly;
• Support industry news research;
• Maintain and update media and influencer databases;
• Provide assistance for ad-hoc projects and assignments including managing media product loans and deliveries and working with suppliers;
• Support on event management;
• Translate documents from Chinese to English and from English to Chinese;
• Create news angles and pitches for media;
• Media, blogger and influencer outreach;

The ideal candidate will:

• Have completed a previous PR internship. If not, they may be asked to do a PR internship with PLUG frist;
• Be fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese) - written and spoken;
• Have a positive and professional attitude;
• Have great organisational skills and be able to multitask;
• Want to be part of a fun, fast-moving and ambitious team;
• Have great writing skills in both English and Chinese;
