Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with relevant parties to follow the Complaint Handling Process
• Responsible for investigation process, data maintenance, and accuracy
• Execute, track, and resolve Power Automate workflows
• Manage relative activities and on-time deliverables, such as documentation, reports, and training
• Coordinate with the Global team to provide support as needed

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above 
• Work with logic and common sense
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with the abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to travel
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant role
