Property Manager (Client-side)

* Client-side Opportunity *  Our client is a  renowned Real Estate Developer based in Hong Kong and China, providing market leading packages to hire a Property Manager. Responsibilities : 

• Act as the central property manager, overseeing day-to-day operations of our company's sites.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships and provide prompt and efficient services.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle emergency incidents, complaints, and inquiries effectively.
• Support renovation or improvement programs as needed.
  
   

Requirements : 

• Bachelor's degree or above in Property/Housing Management, Real Estate, Surveying, Facility Management, or related disciplines.
• HKIH, CIH, or equivalent, or eligibility for the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License 
• Min. of 10 years of experience in both client and property management companies.
• Strong experience in property leasing, tenancy administration, and managing portfolios at a managerial level.
• Good understanding of facility management-related operation systems and models.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in oral, written Cantonese, Mandarin and English and Chinese.
