What You Will Deliver

• Successfully meet acquisition targets while simultaneously focusing on customer retention.
• Handle and manage new quotations, renewal inquiries, and daily inquiries.
• Prepare sales reports and regularly analyze business results, proposing and implementing effective action plans based on market trends and competitor activity.
• Stay updated on market trends and actively monitor the status to foster continuous innovation and deliver exceptional services and products.
• Take charge of customer relationships and implement measures to ensure customer retention.
• Assist Head of Insurance to engage with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging and synergizing resources to achieve company objectives.

Who You Are

• Min. 3 years’ working experience in motor insurance.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent
• Good analytical, possess initiative and open-minded problem-solving skills
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Holding IIQE Paper 1 & 2 is a must
• Candidates with less experience will consider as Senior Sales Executive
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Working Location & Working Hours

• Kwun Tong (5 minutes walk from Kwun Tong Station)
• 5-day work, Monday - Friday
• 9 am - 6pm
