JPC Texson Ltd, established since 1990, is a Hong Kong and China licensed Employment Consulting firm, specializes in Headhunting and Recruiting Services for companies in Hong Kong and China. We have offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.

The Company :

• R&D, manufacturer & brand owner : smart wireless health care device & system
• Main products : wireless nurse call system, wireless bed monitoring system, wireless elderly accident prevention system...etc
• Our systems include : system hardware, database on Cloud and related support services
• Target customers : HA, private hospitals, elderly centres, ..etc in Hong Kong, UK and global 
• We are looking for Sales Manager – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Develop and manage local and international sales and marketing strategies, including traditional and digital channels
• Work independently to achieve profitability growth by gaining new businesses or deepening wallet share of existing customers
• Drive key performance metrics
• Identify new market opportunities and provide market feedback to product development team in order to keep the Company’s product portfolio competitive
• Prepare marketing materials, including traditional and digital, for the Company’s products
• University graduated
• Over 6-8 years in sales/marketing, of which over 2-3 years in healthcare or medical devices/health care systems or related
• Regional and/or digital marketing experience preferred
• Experience in promoting to HA / hospitals / elderly centres ....etc is a big advantage
• Experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, Email marketing and social media...etc is preferable
• Able to work indepedently with minimum supervision required
• Occassional business trips to China & overseas is required
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 12 days
