Property Developer Job Opportunity. Actively participate in all business operations related matters

Responsibilities:

• Effectively planning and actively participate in all business operations related matters, major in the hole process of property sales;
• Take lead in sales of residential projects in Hong Kong;
• Work closely with internal parties and business partners aiming to develop and execute business and marketing plans;
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with strategic partners for initiating and negotiating collaborations to boost the sales;
• Be part of the team to identify, direct and lead differentiating and impactful sales, marketing and communications strategies cross-markets and departments;
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
• 3 years or above experience in related industries (preferably in property developer)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance will be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure in delivering quality works and meeting deadlines
• Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently
• Be dynamic, flexible and willing to learn and grow together with the company with sense of ownership
• A good team player with excellent communication skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
