Secretary to Area Director Sales & Marketing

We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Handle Sales & Marketing administrative work for Area Director Sales & Marketing in a confidential manner.
• Handle external and internal calls for Area Director Sales & Marketing.
• Maintain unkeep and improve office filing and tracing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience
• Work experience in Hospitality industry would be an advantage
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentable, organized and detail-minded
• Proactive, multi-tasked, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word-processing
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
