Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for data analysis work in the growth direction of Douyin Life Service, providing insights to support business decisions and help the business achieve rapid scale growth 2. Deeply explore and analyze business data, establish a clear data indicator system, and through data analysis, explore the motivations and demands of different scenarios and different users, identify key issues, formulate specific and executable strategies, and collaborate with product, operation, recommendation algorithm, and R&D teams to ensure the effective implementation of optimization strategies and monitor their impact on business growth 3. Design and analyze business-related A/B tests, evaluate the effect of product optimization, conduct analysis work such as growth acquisition and market activity analysis and evaluation, monitor the fluctuation of key indicators, and build a sound data analysis system 4. Actively think about the business, actively discover the pain points of the business, find opportunities for improvement or efficiency, give specific and feasible optimization suggestions, and promote implementation to bring actual business improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of data analysis experience, with a background in life service industry, statistics, mathematics, business analysis and other related majors are preferred 2. Experience in local life, e-commerce and other related industries is preferred, familiar with user growth system, platform marketing gameplay, and relevant analysis experience is preferred 3. Have data analysis capabilities to solve complex problems, can quickly understand business logic, quantify the causes and effects of business problems through data, and give specific and feasible optimization solutions 4. Proficient in SQL, with practical experience in using R, Python or other programming languages 5. Have good cross-team communication skills and cooperation spirit, self-driven work planning ability and exploration awareness.
