This  Campaign Management  role will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels. You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives and timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

 

Job responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy Development:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive campaign strategies, including defining objectives, target audience, messaging, and channel selection.
  • Develop detailed campaign timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience preferences.

 

Campaign Management:

  • Coordinate with various teams to align on business focus in order to provide comprehensive briefs to all relevant parties (SEO team, designer, PR team etc) for them to plan and deploy marketing and promotions campaigns accordingly.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the consistency of information for marketing assets such as advertisements, email marketing, social media content, and landing pages.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and track on-going campaigns performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. 

 

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign progress, performance, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Work closely with local business development team, marketing team and oversea team to achieve team’s KPI and formulate campaigns plans.

 

Project Management:

  • Manage marketing projects from initiation to completion, defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues and challenges as they arise.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status. 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business-related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in marketing or e-commerce related industry, travel background will be advanced.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with expertise in digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office suite and analytics platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills help you to partner with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
  • Willing to travel for business assignments as and when required.
