Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Business partnership

• Work closely with General Manager and other key stakeholders to align financial objectives with the overall business strategy, ensuring that financial decisions are aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives
• Provide timely and accurate financial intelligence, analysis, and insights to the local market management team, enabling them to make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth
• Support General Manager in allocating resources effectively across the market, optimizing spending to maximize long term business outcomes
• Identify, assess, and mitigate business/financial risks to ensure the delivery of business objectives
• Develop, track, and report on market-specific financial KPIs (eg. COI%, CAPEX, Dividend), ensuring that they align with the business's long-term growth strategy. Drive the effectiveness of Month End Closing process and yearly/quarterly financial planning process to ensure KPI delivery. 

Operation Excellence

• Work closely with Global Shared Service Center to identify and implement best practices in financial operations, driving process efficiency and effectiveness, including supporting and collaborating on standardizing financial processes, driving technology solutions, and improving the ways of working between Market and GBS
• Support Global Shared Service Center & Tax team on any local statutory & tax compliance if necessary
• Act as first line of defense on governance and internal control with the business to ensure the compliance of company policies

Talent Development and Engagement

• Leads, mentors and engages a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of Founders Growth Mindset, ensuring that the team has the necessary competencies to deliver the functional objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. 
• Certifications in finance or accounting, such as CPA, CFA, or similar professional designation.
• Experience with financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
