Responsibilities
1. Deeply understand the needs of office/local/e-commerce groups, conduct supply and demand analysis, and formulate the overall content strategy of marketing videos/pictures 2. Define marketing content standards and build a value measurement system, and be responsible for template export and business indicators 3. Collaborate with products and recommendations, build a tag system and distribution strategy, and optimize the entire search, push and payment link 4. Explore the business model of marketing templates, and optimize user cognition, pricing rights and payment links and other experiences.
Qualifications
1. 5 years of relevant work experience in content strategy/product operation, understanding office/local life/e-commerce business, bachelor degree or above 2. Keen user insight, proficient in methods and tools for user research, data analysis, and demand analysis, with a systematic approach 3. Strong logical thinking ability, able to structure the goals and paths to achieve them, and the ability to learn and grow quickly 4. Strong self-motivation, strong communication and expression skills, a sense of ownership and teamwork spirit, and the ability to coordinate resources from all parties to promote the completion of work.
