Two separate hotels will be opened within the next few years in Chengdu of China and London of United Kingdom.

We invite applications for the following position:

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the execution of marketing strategies, overseeing all kinds of online and offline promotional materials of Regal Hotels as well as maintaining strong media relations. As a member of marketing team, you will participate in and facilitate productive collaborations with different internal and external parties to develop authentic and creative marketing strategies for the group. Initiate and implement integrated marketing communications programmes or campaigns to achieve business targets

Promote the brand effectively and maintain strong media relationship

Prepare and oversee online and offline materials

Handle photography and copywriting

Responsibilities

Assist Marketing Communications Manager with the execution of marketing ideas and public relations campaigns

Prepare and proofread marketing collaterals including but not limited to press releases, advertising, articles and other offline and online marketing communications materials and collaterals across all channels

Prepare and arrange hotel photo/video shoots for both in house and publicity purposes

Assist in media pitching, arrange media entertainment and trial experience of current promotion and maintaining strong media and influencer relationship 

Work closely with various internal and external partners on projects and brand engagement

Stay abreast of the latest local marketing trends, popular culture and hot topics, identifying key marketing objectives and strategies

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or any related discipline

A minimum 3 years of solid experience in Marketing Communications and Public Relations, preferably in Hotel or F&B Industry

A proven track record in executing marketing ideas and content developments for corporates

Strong media connection with editors and influencers in especially travel, lifestyle and dining scenes

Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills

Creative thinking, passionate, good team player, detail-minded and well-organized

Excellent capability of adapting to new environment and dealing with high pressure

Knowledgeable in video creation will be a plus

Good command of Microsoft Office software
