Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day trade marketing affairs including program initiation, planning and execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams on stock allocation and logistic for trade promotions.
• Maintain good relationship with trade partners to ensure good featuring coverage and support.
• Prepare marketing content for all trade promotions.
• Plan and control trade marketing budget to maximize return on investment
• Monitor sales, share performance and competitive activities on regular basis, conduct reviews and deliver regular reports with solid analysis and actions to expand sales and gain share
• Manage product launches/ activations including opportunity identification, concept development, consumer validation
• Manage and liaise with designer, printers and other vendors for marketing collaterals and premium production
• Design and execute targeted CRM campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, social media, etc.) to optimize customer engagement and retention
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns and insights
• Evaluate and analyze the campaign/promotion effectiveness, and prepare monthly reports
• Assist in handling customer enquiries, and ensure customer feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Trade and Product marketing/ CRM management, preferably from beauty or retail industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative and results driven
• Able to perform multi-tasks with tight schedules
• Strategic, strong analytical skills and details-minded
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong computer skills, such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
