PicoLabb is a subsidiary of IPC Works Limited established in Hong Kong in 2007. We are a dynamic and innovative company specializing in product design, manufacturing and promotion of healthcare products.  We are looking for an action-oriented marketer to implement cross-channel marketing plans. • Assist to plan and manage marketing activities, promotion materials and SNS management(ATL, BTL, Online, exhibition, seminar, PR events, in-store, etc.)
• Liaison with internal teams, external agency and business partners on marketing activities and projects.
• Monitor SEO and SEM performance and prepare various kinds of reports
• Responsible for eCommerce platforms operations including website update (data entry, product & promotion updates, etc.) sales & performance analysis
• Provide supports to the retail operation department and sales team, e.g. store opening, marketing event, relocation, renovation issues and any other ad hoc projects
• Ensure the standard of visual merchandising, display, commercial image and layout on the shop level are in compliance with corporate guidelines
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication;
• Perform ad hoc project as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in marketing
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media management is a must
• Knowledge in Photoshop & AI will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
