Job Description
Responsibilities
• Drive innovation and organic growth in product development with product design, data and architecture teams.
• Keep track of and understand the competitive landscape and evolving market needs, user research and identify product positioning.
• Monitor user feedback and performance results to prioritise and ensure features and tasks are delivered as expected.
• Conduct monthly product/service analysis, to identify areas for improvement and sharpen product ecosystem and customer experience.
• Conduct and improve product architecture for penetration and engagement, maximize the reach and every touchpoint's value from all organic channels to overall page experiences in the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business teams to provide product/digital solutions and strengthen the framework for penetration, retention and monetisation strategy.
• Translate the requirements into PRD/URS documentation including epic, user story, flow diagrams, success metrics, scope of work with data collection, risk management and monitoring mechanism. Lead end-end product lifecycle from conception, defining KPI, through to go-to-market plan and systematic monitoring.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Manager.
Responsibilities
• Maximize the overall advertising performance; support the Ad Tech integration; provide Analytics insights to the advertising teams, and working with cross-functional teams within the organizations of different countries.
• Initiate and optimize the digital advertising products to maximize KPIs STR and Inventory.
• Conduct and maintain the Ad Product Design and Tech Integration from requirement to delivery in Global Approach.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge of ad ops and ad tech related information to internal teams.
• Manage and optimize the end-to-end operation flow from uploading materials to optimization and reporting between external and internal advertising teams.
• Conduct and optimize Regional and Local Programmatic Campaigns to meet the KPIs and expectations.
• Work closely with SSPs and all partners’ platforms to monitor and maximize ad yield performance.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities
• To be successful in your new position, it is essential to have the following skills:
• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in digital product management, with experience in roadmaps for penetration growth.
• Ability to communicate key goals and consistently create momentum for a project across teams with sometimes competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans.
• Strong experience in ASO, SEO, Firebase, Information and Frontend Architecture.
• Strong conceptual thinking and digital product design sense.
• Good understanding of OTT, payment technology, payment channels and industry players in APAC.
• Experience in marketing automation and attribution platforms, user journey and approaches and UI/UX patterns required to make them a success.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, JIRA or other project management tools.
• Digital-savvy and knowledgeable on the latest digital trends preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

• At least 5+ years of experience in Digital Performance with proven track record in campaign optimization.
• Strong Analytical, Client Facing and communication skills.
• Strong in data analytics and providing effective recommendations.
• Strong understanding of Programmatic landscape and audience data value.
• Familiar with Ad Verification and header bidding is a plus.
• Self-motivated, work proactive, project leading experience and willing to learn new technology.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
