Responsibilities
1. Combine user characteristics, business direction, and industry mindset to plan and produce marketing activities for the business, achieve business goals, effectively build mindset, and be responsible for business results and user mindset 2. According to the theme and objectives of the activity, determine the rhythm and activity plan of the activity and formulate corresponding strategies (traffic strategy, gameplay, etc.), and be responsible for the effect of the activity 3. Responsible for the full process management of marketing activities, conduct review and optimization such as industry collaboration, effect monitoring, and data analysis implement and review resource positions, venues, and activities based on data feedback and business needs.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in platform e-commerce activity operation or user operation, engaged in marketing operation work, familiar with e-commerce activities and gameplay, and those who have independently been responsible for the entire process of marketing activities or have experience in e-commerce platform operation are preferred 2. Have good communication skills and multi-team organization and coordination capabilities, and be able to coordinate resources from all parties to achieve goals 3. Highly sensitive to data, have good data analysis capabilities, and be able to independently complete activity reviews and iteratively optimize marketing plans.
