Senior Project Executive

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in project coordination, including project meeting documents preparation & monitor project check-points.
• Prepare and draft business correspondences, reports and presentation materials & coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for smooth operation.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the supervisor and the teams such as employee onboarding and off-boarding, payment issues, internal accounts applications, equipment arrangement, stationery ordering
• Responsible for travel coordination including arranging flights, hotel accommodation, meeting arrangement, and reimbursements.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any relevant disciplines
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experiences
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, and able to work multi-task, independently and in a team.
